1. Who we are
Ascension Wharf ("Stargen Leads", "we", "us") runs stargenleads.com and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: stargenleads@gmail.com.
2. What we collect from you
- What you give us: the website link you paste, your answers to the quick questions, your name and email when you buy or ask for help, and anything you write to us.
- Payments: Payoneer handles them. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, and the name and email on the order. We never see your full card details.
- Technical data: our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver and protect the site.
- In your browser: your answers while you use the flow, and the timer for a time-limited offer, are saved in your own browser storage. They are not sent to us until you place an order, and you can clear them any time.
- When you place an order: we receive your email, the plan you chose, and the details needed to build your sheet (such as your website link, your skills and the buyers you want to reach). If a plan is full and you join the waitlist, we keep your email so we can tell you when a spot opens.
We do not use advertising trackers, cookies for visitors, or third-party scripts or fonts on this site. We do measure visits in a privacy-friendly way, explained in the next section.
3. Our visit statistics
To learn which parts of the site work and which do not, we run our own simple statistics on our own server. There is no outside analytics company.
- What we count: the page, the country (from your connection), your device type, browser and system, the site you came from, how many seconds you were active, how far you scrolled, and which sections and buttons you used.
- What we never store: your IP address, the website link or email you type, cookies or any ID on your device, or your name.
- How a visitor is counted: from a one-way scramble of your connection details and the date, mixed with a secret that changes every day. It cannot be turned back into you, and it cannot follow you from one day to the next.
- Your choice: if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we record nothing. Robots are ignored.
- Who sees it: only our team, on a private page that needs a team sign-in. The figures are never sold or shared.
- How long: raw visit records are deleted after about 13 months.
In the EU and UK our legal basis is legitimate interests, which is running and improving the site.
4. When you paste your website link
Your link is sent to our server, which opens that one public page and reads its title, headings and text so we can work out what you sell and who you sell to. We only read pages you give us. We keep a short-lived copy of the result, up to one hour, to speed up repeat requests, and we do not build a profile of you from it.
5. People listed in our lead sheets
Our product is a sheet of public creator and business accounts. For each person it can include details they made public on their own account, such as a username, name, bio, business category and a contact email.
- Where it comes from: public creator and business accounts that list a contact email.
- Why we use it: so our customers can contact businesses and creators about offers that may be relevant to them. In the EU and UK our legal basis is legitimate interests.
- Who sees it: the customers who buy a sheet. We remove emails that bounced before, accounts without an email, and household-name brands.
- Your choice: if you appear in a sheet, you can ask us to delete your details and stop sharing them. Email stargenleads@gmail.com with your username. We act on the request without charge and without needing a reason.
6. How we use information
- to read your site and show you a match;
- to tell waitlist members when a spot opens;
- to take your order, confirm your payment, build and email your sheet, give you access to the community, and give you support;
- to replace accounts and sort out any problem with an order;
- to keep the site secure and prevent misuse;
- to meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
We do not sell the personal information of our site visitors or buyers, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have a legal effect.
7. Who we share it with
- Payoneer to take payments;
- Cloudflare to host and protect the site;
- email and file-delivery providers we use to send your order and answer support;
- Skool, the community platform, if you join the community with your code;
- authorities or advisers when the law requires it or to protect our rights;
- a buyer of our business, if we are ever sold, under the same promises.
We do not give the details of buyers to the customers who buy our sheets.
8. International transfers
Our providers operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the one where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
9. How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for as long as tax, accounting and dispute rules require. Emails you give us for support are kept until you ask us to delete them, unless we need them for those records. Browser storage stays on your device until you clear it. The short-lived copy from reading your link is kept up to one hour. Raw visit statistics are deleted after about 13 months.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, delete or export your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority. California residents can ask us what we hold, ask us to delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell the information of our visitors or buyers. People listed in a lead sheet have the same rights, and the quickest way to use them is to email stargenleads@gmail.com. We will not treat you worse for using your rights.
11. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections to the site. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
12. Children
The site is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and if we learn we have, we delete it.
13. Cookies
We do not set cookies for visitors. The browser storage described above is used only to make the flow and the timed offer work on your device. Our team's private pages set a sign-in cookie for team members only.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you in advance if a change significantly affects you.
