1. Who we are and what this is

These terms are the agreement between you and Ascension Wharf ("Stargen Leads", "we", "us") for using stargenleads.com and buying from it. By using the site or buying, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Stargen Leads reads a web page you give us, shows you a sample match of buyer types, and sells one-time digital products: sheets of lead data and the playbooks that go with them. We are not an agency, a staffing service, or a legal, financial or tax adviser, and we do not contact anyone on your behalf.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you buy for a business, you confirm you can bind that business. Give us accurate information, and do not use the site to harm it or anyone else.

3. What you buy

A lead sheet is a spreadsheet of public creator and business accounts that list a contact email, selected for the type of buyer you tell us you want to reach. Playbooks come with your plan. Plans, prices and lead counts are shown on the site before you pay, and prices are in US dollars. You see three leads in full before you pay.

We confirm every payment by hand. Once it is confirmed, we email your sheet and a community code. The playbooks that come with your plan are inside our community: you join the free community, paste your code in the chat, and we move you up to the premium membership at no extra charge. We do not promise a delivery time. Some offers add extra leads if you unlock within a stated time; the timer is shown on the page and the extra leads are added to your order when the offer applies.

4. Your license

When you pay, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the sheet and the playbooks for your own business outreach. Please keep them private. You may not resell, share, publish, rent or transfer them, or load them into a product or service you sell to others.

5. Quality and The Dead Account Promise

The leads come from public accounts. We remove emails that bounced before, accounts without an email, and household-name brands, and a person reviews a sample of every batch before it reaches you. We do not check every account by hand, and public information changes.

If an account in your sheet is not real or is dead, send us the usernames and we will replace them free, with no questions. The same account can appear in more than one buyer's sheet. We give each buyer the least-shared accounts first, and you never get the same account twice.

6. No promise of results

We do not promise or guarantee that you will get clients, replies, meetings, sales or income. Results depend on your skill, your offer, your message, your timing and the people you contact, and they vary. Customer results on the site are individual results shared with permission. Benchmarks we quote, such as reply rates, come from third parties and are not predictions for you.

7. Payment and replacements

Payments are handled by Payoneer, and Payoneer's own terms apply to the payment. We never see your full card details. Prices do not include taxes unless we say so, and you are responsible for any taxes in your country.

We are confident in our leads, so we stand behind every sheet with replacement. If any accounts in your sheet are not right, send us the usernames and we replace them free, whether it is a few accounts or a large part of the sheet.

If we cannot deliver what you paid for, or the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, we will refund you. To ask for a replacement or any other help with an order, email stargenleads@gmail.com from the address you used to buy.

8. How you contact people

You are the sender of every message you send, and you are solely responsible for it. You agree to:

• follow the laws that apply to your messages and to the people you contact, such as CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR and ePrivacy rules in the EU and UK, and CASL in Canada;
• follow the rules of the platform you use, such as Instagram's terms;
• be honest about who you are and what you offer, and include a clear way to opt out;
• stop messaging anyone who asks you to stop, straight away.

9. What you may not do

• use the sheets or playbooks for spam, scams, fraud, harassment or anything unlawful;
• resell, share or publish the sheets, or use them to build a competing list;
• copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the site, or interfere with how it works;
• pretend to be someone else, or try to get around the limits of your plan.

10. People listed in our sheets

Our sheets contain details that people have made public on their own business or creator accounts. If you appear in a sheet and want to be removed, email stargenleads@gmail.com with your username. We remove you from future sheets and from our records. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

11. Our content

The site, the playbooks and the way the sheets are put together belong to us or our licensors. You get only the license above. Customer names and quotes belong to the people who gave them.

12. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the site will always be available or error-free. Nothing here is legal, financial or tax advice. Links to other sites are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for them.

13. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to cover us for claims that come from your misuse of the sheets, including your messages to other people.

14. Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the site. If we end your access for no fault of yours, we will refund the part of your order you have not received.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to your order, we will tell you before it applies to you. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there can hear any dispute, except where your local consumer law says you may use your own courts.
